Can I play the game without scanning my room?thoughtfish2025-03-23T21:23:43+01:00

Yes, but we highly recommend playing it with a scanned room. If no scanned room is found, the game will load a fallback room which allows you to play the game, but that room will not match your real-world room, reducing the immersion.

My room/furniture is shifted, what should I do?thoughtfish2025-03-23T21:23:43+01:00

This is sadly a bug from the headset, which we have no control over. Restarting the headset should normally resolve this issue. In some cases, it may be necessary to rescan the room.

Can I reset the room if an object is out of reach?thoughtfish2025-03-23T21:23:43+01:00

Yes! You’ll find a “Reset Islands and Room Decorations to Books” button inside the Settings Book that returns everything into their corresponding book, allowing you to replace them. This will also happen if you rescan your room, or play in a different location.

With our December 2024 Winter Update, we also added a new ‘Distance Calling’ feature which lets you grab certain items (such as bookshelves, Quest board, Breeding Oasis, room decorations and fetch throwables) from a distance, and bring them to yourself in order to reposition them. To use the Distance Calling feature, simply hold down the trigger button, point at the object you want to grab, and press the Grab button.

I found a bug – where can I report it?thoughtfish2025-03-23T21:23:43+01:00

There are two ways: Using the “Playtest Feedback” button (accessible when pausing the game using the Oculus button) or our Discord server. We are happy for any kind of feedback, so feel free to report even minor things. 🙂
